RETURNS

Every Airforce Suspension kit is made to order and hence is custom. There is a NO return policy on air suspension struts. If the struts have a defect or warranty issue within the 12 mos warranty period a RMA return number will be issued and parts will be replaced accordingly.
Airlift components can be returned / exchanged on an assessment basis. An RMA must be issued for return. If a return is issued the parts must be in un used / undamaged condition and contain all parts that they arrived with.
After 30 days from date of purchase there is no return/refund.
If and when a return is authorized a up to 30% restocking fee may be deducted from charge on file.
